Raider rules
Raid Times
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday: 21:00 to 23:30 Server Time
Attendance
Raiders are expected to:
- Sign up for every raid in advance and update their status if it changes, be respectful of your fellow raiders, and don't leave things to the last minute
- Be online half an hour before the listed start time of each raid for which they have signed up as available. Invites will go in the 15 mins before raid start
- Be available for a minimum of 2 of the 3 raids a week
- Come fully repaired and prepared for every raid with enough consumables to cover any eventuality
- Be familiar with the tactics for every encounter which might conceivably be attempted during the raid (watch videos, read tactics)
- Have the follow addons as a minimum - DBM/Bigwigs, Weak Auras, and ERT
- Have their gear appropriately gemmed and enchanted for the role they perform in the raid
Note: If you sign as tentative and dont change this in the last 30 mins pre-raid or give us an update on why you're still unsure about your status you will be considered unavailable.
Officers start to plan the raid from 7 pm and spend most of that time discussing and deciding who will be attending. We already have to rotate raiders out, checking out logs/attendance, etc and it's hard enough, without sign-ups changing at the last minute, so if you want to be considered for selection, make sure those buttons are clicked on the calendar!
Pugging raids
Our rules are clear: Raiding mains must not get themselves saved to any current progression raiding content unless it's an official guild run. Everything else is freely puggable at all times. However, if you have a decent reason for wanting to do so (for instance, you can't attend any raids for the rest of the week, and aren't saved somewhere and would like to try to pug it) please talk to an officer for approval.
Non-raiding mains and alts may pug at will.
